Visiting us
- When is Nature's Story open?
- Every day of the week, 8 AM to 10 PM. Mornings are real — you can shop before work — and 10 PM is as late as any California dispensary is allowed to sell, so we run right up to the legal wire. If your timing is flexible, aim for happy hour between 7 and 9 PM, when everything in the store is 15% off.
- Where should I park, and which entrance do I use?
- Use the free lot behind our building — the customer entrance opens directly onto it, so there's no hunting for street parking on Topanga. The address is 6455 Topanga Canyon Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA 91303: that's Topanga Canyon Blvd (State Route 27), just south of Victory Blvd and about two minutes from the 101 exit.
- Is the shop wheelchair accessible? Can pets come in?
- Both, yes. Wheelchairs move easily through the store, and friendly pets are welcome inside. If you need anything particular to shop comfortably, call ahead at (818) 456-4743 and we'll be ready when you arrive.
- What actually happens on a first visit?
- Less ceremony than you might fear. A staff member checks your ID at the door, then you browse the cases at whatever pace suits you. Budtenders are there to translate — tell them how you want to feel, what you've tried before and what you want to spend, and they'll narrow the wall down to two or three honest picks. You pay at the register, and most first visits are done inside fifteen minutes.

ID & eligibility
- How old do I have to be to shop?
- Twenty-one, with a valid government-issued photo ID. Medical patients are the exception: 18 and up with a current physician's recommendation. Our license (C10-0001023-LIC) covers both adult-use and medicinal retail, so either way you shop the same shelf at the same counter.
- What kind of ID do you accept?
- Any government-issued photo ID that's current: a driver's license, a state ID card or a passport. Expired documents don't pass, and everyone gets checked at the door on every visit — it's a state requirement, not a judgment call.
- How much can I buy in a single day?
- California sets the adult-use ceiling at 28.5 grams of flower and 8 grams of concentrate per person per day; medical patients with a valid recommendation have higher limits. For most shoppers the caps never come up — that's a lot of cannabis — and our registers track it, so the math is never your problem.
- How do I verify you're a licensed dispensary?
- Check the state's own records. We're licensed as C10-0001023-LIC for adult-use and medicinal sales, and the California Department of Cannabis Control keeps a public registry where anyone can confirm that in about thirty seconds. It's a habit worth building for any dispensary you visit: licensed shops sell lab-tested products, unlicensed ones sell whatever they want. We've held our license since opening in 2022.

Payments & pricing
- How can I pay?
- Cash, debit card or Apple Pay — take your pick — and there's an ATM inside if you arrive short. Credit cards are the one method we can't run; federal banking rules keep them out of cannabis retail everywhere, not just here.
- Can I see prices before I visit?
- Always. The live menu on Weedmaps shows every product we carry at its current price, updated through the day, with active discounts reflected. The guides on this site explain how the shelves are organized and what each tier costs, so between the two you never walk in blind.

Delivery & ordering
- Do you deliver — and is that even legal?
- We do, and it is. Licensed cannabis delivery is legal in California under MAUCRSA and permitted under Los Angeles rules. Order from our menu on Weedmaps and a licensed driver brings it out; you'll show the same 21+ photo ID (18+ with a medical recommendation) at your door that you'd show in the store. Coverage spans Woodland Hills, Warner Center, Canoga Park, West Hills, Tarzana, Winnetka, Reseda and the wider San Fernando Valley.
- Can I order ahead for in-store pickup?
- Yes, and it's the quickest way to shop with us. Send your order through Weedmaps, we pull and stage it as soon as it lands, and you head straight to the register with the ID matching the name on the order. Regulars are typically back in the car within a few minutes.
- Why is there no cart on this website?
- On purpose. Live inventory, pricing and delivery logistics all run through Weedmaps, so that's where ordering happens — one menu that's always current, instead of a second cart drifting out of sync. Deals & rewards
- Which deals run every week?
- Three you can set a watch by: happy hour, 7 to 9 PM every single night, takes 15% off everything in the building; Concentrate Tuesday takes 10% off all concentrates; and an honest Google review earns a one-time 10% discount. None of them need codes or coupons — just be here while they're live.
- Do discounts stack with each other?
- Percentage deals don't combine — when two could apply to the same purchase, you automatically get whichever price is lower. Loyalty is the exception: purchases made on any deal still earn Nature's Points at the full rate, so discounted shopping keeps building toward your next $5 off.
- What's Nature's Points, in a nutshell?
- Our free loyalty program: one point per dollar spent at the register, and every 100 points converts to $5 off. Signing up earns 100 points immediately, your birthday month adds a $5 gift (100 points), referrals add 150, a Google review adds 100 and daily check-ins add 5 apiece. Points have no cash value — they exist purely to shrink your total at checkout.
